The Cascades at Soldier Hollow Home Owners' Association is a Utah nonprofit corporation designed to govern and manage the property within the Cascades at Soldier Hollow Subdivision. All 72 lot owners within the Cascades are members of the HOA and the owners and property within the Cascades are governed by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). We have engaged Cascades Property Management, a professional management company, to take care of the day to day issues and accounting. We are led by residents serving on the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees are elected at our annual meeting on the 4th Tuesday in June. The following people are currently serving on the board and they meet together at least quarterly:
Design Review Committee (DRC)
The DRC meets regularly and is responsible for approving all building designs, colors, and landscape plans. Their role is described in the Architectural Design Guidelines. Mike Johnston of Summit Engineering Group (435-654-9229, email@example.com) is the chairman and the contact for design approval. Mike's office is in Heber City and he accepts all submissions. He is assisted by a committee of the following community residents:
Kami Moffitt of Cascades Property Management is responsible for all outside vendors and for receiving and follow-up on complaints for these vendors or for any issue within our neighborhood. Kami has an established procedure for follow up and for communicating issues with the Board of Trustees. She can be reached most easily at firstname.lastname@example.org.
